Before we meet
A few practical questions.
What can AI automation actually automate?
Examples include interpreting documents, preparing call summaries, drafting follow-up, updating records, and assembling reports. We assess the workflow first; these are possibilities, not a list of DEMUS client results.
What is an AI agent?
An AI system that can use approved information and tools to complete steps toward a defined task. It needs clear limits and human review where the consequences call for it.
Do we need clean or perfectly organized data?
Perfect data is not a prerequisite for a conversation. We need to understand what exists, what is reliable, and what preparation a particular workflow would require.
Do we have to replace our existing software?
Not necessarily. We begin with your current systems and assess their interfaces, access, and limitations before recommending changes.
What happens in the first meeting?
You meet Nikolai and Ramsay. We ask about the business, recurring work, current systems, and where time or money is being lost. No technical preparation is required.
What if you don't find a worthwhile AI opportunity?
We'll tell you. A project should have a defined process and an outcome that can justify the work; a meeting is not a commitment to build.
Do you only work with large companies?
No. Company size is secondary to the workflow, available information, and economics. Existing customers, employees, software, and operating history can provide a useful starting point.
Do you work outside Vancouver?
Yes. DEMUS is based in Vancouver, Washington and serves businesses locally and beyond, including the broader Portland-area business community.
How is company data handled?
This website does not accept business-data uploads. Please do not include sensitive business records in a booking. Access, providers, permissions, retention, and any human approval requirements must be agreed for a specific project before company data is shared. We do not claim certifications or blanket security guarantees.
