1. Who We Are

DEMUS LLC ("DEMUS," "we," "us," or "our") is a Washington State limited liability company with its principal address at 12300 NW 36th Ave, Vancouver, WA 98685. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you interact with our marketing website, our lead-generation services, or our software platform.

2. What This Policy Covers

This policy applies to:

  • Visitors to demus.ai and app.demus.ai.
  • Prospective and current business clients of DEMUS (home service business owners and operators).
  • Leads — consumers who submit information through a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) lead form or landing page operated by DEMUS on behalf of a DEMUS client.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 From Website Visitors

Standard server log data, cookies for session and analytics, and any information you voluntarily submit through a contact or booking form (such as your name, email, phone number, and message).

3.2 From Business Clients

Business contact information (name, email, phone, business address), business operating details (services, service area, pricing notes, photos of completed work), and information needed to connect your advertising and communication accounts (such as Meta Business Manager IDs and authorized access tokens).

3.3 From Leads

When you submit a lead form on a Meta ad operated by DEMUS on behalf of a client, we receive your first name and phone number from Meta. When our automated qualification assistant calls you, we may also collect additional information you provide during the call, such as your service preference, address or service area, timing, vehicle details (for auto services), and other information relevant to fulfilling your inquiry. Calls may be recorded for quality, training, and dispute resolution purposes.

4. How We Use Information

  • To deliver lead-generation services to our business clients.
  • To contact leads on behalf of the relevant client, qualify their interest, and pass qualified leads to the client.
  • To improve our software platform, including by analyzing aggregated and de-identified data to improve call scripts, lead quality, and ad performance.
  • To bill clients and process payments.
  • To respond to inquiries, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our Terms of Service.

5. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to provide our services:

  • With the relevant DEMUS client. If you submit a lead form on an ad operated by DEMUS on behalf of a business, we share your information with that business so they can contact you about the services you inquired about.
  • With service providers. We use third-party infrastructure to operate our platform, including Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (web hosting), Anthropic (AI processing), Vapi (voice calling), Resend (email), and Meta (advertising). These providers process information only on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality and security obligations.
  • For legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of DEMUS, our clients, or others.
  • In connection with a business transaction. If DEMUS is acquired, merged, or sells substantially all of its assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

6. How Long We Keep Information

Lead information is retained for as long as needed to provide services to the relevant client and to comply with our legal obligations, typically up to 24 months from collection. Client account information is retained for the duration of the relationship plus a reasonable period thereafter. Aggregated and de-identified data may be retained indefinitely for analytics and service improvement.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to receive a copy of your information in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email us at nikolai@demus.ai. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law.

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale (which we do not engage in). Contact us at the address above to exercise these rights.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, restricted access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted to or stored by us.

9. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide additional notice such as an email to clients or a notice on our website.
